Application:
The high temperature braided insulated sleeves are intended to do wiring on industrial equipment which work at high temperature like oven or electric heater.
Maximum operating temperature of GV and GDV sleeves 280°C (540°F), maximum operating temperature of GS sleeve 250°C (480°F).
Single fibreglass braided sleeve impregnated with epoxy:
- Maximum continuous temperature 280°C (540°F), spike temperature 320°C (610°F)
- Inside Diameter from 1.5 to 12 mm
- Colour black
- Fibreglass braided sleeve impregnated with epoxy
- Flameproof sleeve
- Good resistance to mechanical and thermal shocks
- Dielectric strength 1 kV
- Sleeve hank: 50 and 100 m
Double fibreglass braided sleeve impregnated with epoxy:
- Maximum continuous temperature 280°C (540°F), spike temperature 320°C (610°F)
- Inside Diameter from 1.5 to 4 mm
- Colour black
- Fibreglass braided sleeve impregnated with epoxy
- Flameproof sleeve
- Good resistance to mechanical and thermal shocks
- Dielectric strength 2 kV
- Sleeve hank: 50 and 100 m
Fibreglass braided sleeve impregnated with silicone rubber:
- Maximum continuous temperature 250°C (480°F), spike temperature 280°C (540°F)
- Inside Diameter from 1 to 14 mm
- Colour red
- Fibreglass braided sleeve impregnated with silicone rubber
- Flame-retardant, self-extinguishing
- Good flexibility, easy to fit
- Dielectric strength 3 to 5 kV
- Sleeve hank: 25, 50 and 100 m
