Application:
The ribbon heaters are usually bend in crenels. They are used in industrial high temperature ovens, for example; in the ceramics and glass industries. The ribbon heaters are submitted to extreme conditions and they need to be replaced regularly due to corrosion.
Maximum operating temperature of heater 1200°.

- Ribbon in resistive alloy NiCr width 12.7 to 25.4 mm, thickness 0.3 to 1 mm
- Pitch and hight of crenel on demand
- Square stainless-steel terminals with M8 hole welded on each side for electrical connection
- Other electrical connection on demand
Assembly:
The ribbon heaters are usually fitted on ceramic supports. You need to ensure that the heater is spread evenly on the support and that no objects are in contact with the ribbon.
